- No standard call-out fee for qualifying booked maintenance visits within the agreed area and hours, subject to fair-use and exclusions.
- 10% discount on eligible labour charged directly by CPS; exclusions and non-stackable promotions disclosed.
- One initial property health check per membership year.
- Priority scheduling subject to technician availability, not a guaranteed emergency response.
- Free 30 minutes of labour on a call-out visit.
- Parts, materials, additional labour, specialist testing and statutory certificates are separately quoted unless expressly included.

No. Membership benefits are limited to those expressly listed; parts, materials, additional labour and major works are normally charged separately.
Are gas safety, EICR and other certificates included?
No, unless expressly quoted as an additional paid service.
Is this emergency insurance?
No. It is a maintenance service, not an insurance policy or guaranteed 24/7 emergency response.
Can I cancel?
Follow the clear cancellation rights and notice provisions stated at checkout and in the Terms, including any applicable statutory cooling-off rights.
